Method :
1. Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl
2. Melt the Margarine or Butter with the Gum Tree Apiary Honey
3. Dissolve the Bicarbonate of Soda in a little milk and add to the melted Margarine or Butter and Gum Tree Apiary Honey
4. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon
5. Press into a baking tray
6. Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes
7. Cut into squares and allow to cool before removing from baking tray.
Great as a mid-morning 'pick me upper' or something to snack on
if you're on the go!
